📦 How long does delivery from China to Germany take?
Standard delivery time: 7-14 business days after receipt of payment. Completely free of charge. ℹ️ Note: Delays due to customs inspections are very rare but possible.
🛃 Are there any customs duties or import taxes?
No! As a customer in the EU, you do not pay any additional customs fees . We declare all shipments correctly and handle all customs formalities. The price you see is the final price.
Only the import sales tax (usually 19% of the item value) may be payable upon delivery and is charged directly by the post office.
💎 Is the quality high despite direct shipping from China?
Absolutely! We work exclusively with certified manufacturers who also produce for European luxury brands. Each piece is inspected before shipping. ✔ 925 sterling silver with hallmark.
